Using the service
You must comply with Discord's terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the servers and content you manage through Partners Bot.
Acceptable use
No abuse, spam, fraud or attempts to disrupt the service or other users. Violating servers may be blacklisted across the network.
Premium & billing
Paid plans renew as described at checkout. EU/EEA consumers keep their statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal.
Availability & liability
The service is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under EU consumer law.
